1. What is Parts of Speech?

In any language, words are divided into different groups based on their work in a sentence. This division is called Parts of Speech. To make correct sentences, it is very important to know whether a word is a Noun, Verb, Adjective or Adverb. This assignment will help to learn the same in English and Gujarati.

6. Conclusion

From this activity we learned that every word has its own role. When we can correctly identify Nouns, Verbs, Adjectives and Adverbs, our sentence formation becomes much better. This exercise not only increases our vocabulary but also makes our grammar stronger in both English and Gujarati.

English News Report Translation 

*→ India Launches 'Skill India 2.0' Program for Youth*

*New Delhi, September 5, 2026:* The Government of India has launched a new scheme named 'Skill India 2.0' to provide job-oriented training to the youth. The announcement was made by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship on Thursday.

Under this program, more than 50 lakh young people will be given free training in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Electric Vehicles, and Healthcare. The government said that the main aim of this scheme is to reduce unemployment and make India a hub of skilled manpower.

The training will be of 6 months duration and students will also get a stipend of Rs. 8,000 per month during the training. After completion of the course, the government will also help the youth to get jobs in private companies.

Officials said that this program will be especially helpful for students from rural areas and small towns who do not get opportunities for high-tech education.

*નવી દિલ્હી, 5 સપ્ટેમ્બર, 2026:* ભારત સરકારે યુવાનોને રોજગારલક્ષી તાલીમ આપવા માટે 'સ્કિલ ઇન્ડિયા 2.0' નામની નવી યોજના શરૂ કરી છે. આ જાહેરાત ગુરુવારે કૌશલ્ય વિકાસ અને ઉદ્યોગસાહસિકતા મંત્રાલય દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હતી.

આ કાર્યક્રમ હેઠળ 50 લાખથી વધુ યુવાનોને આર્ટિફિશિયલ ઇન્ટેલિજન્સ, ડિજિટલ માર્કેટિંગ, ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વાહનો અને હેલ્થકેર જેવા ક્ષેત્રોમાં મફત તાલીમ આપવામાં આવશે. સરકારે જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ યોજનાનો મુખ્ય હેતુ બેરોજગારી ઘટાડવાનો અને ભારતને કુશળ માનવશક્તિનું કેન્દ્ર બનાવવાનો છે.

તાલીમ 6 મહિનાની રહેશે અને તાલીમ દરમિયાન વિદ્યાર્થીઓને દર મહિને 8,000 રૂપિયાનું સ્ટાઈપેન્ડ પણ મળશે. કોર્સ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી, સરકાર યુવાનોને ખાનગી કંપનીઓમાં નોકરી મેળવવામાં પણ મદદ કરશે.

અધિકારીઓએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ કાર્યક્રમ ખાસ કરીને ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારો અને નાના શહેરોના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ઉપયોગી થશે જેમને હાઇ-ટેક શિક્ષણની તકો મળતી નથી.

*☆ The Old Library Key ☆*

> One rainy afternoon, Leo was cleaning his grandfather's attic when he found a small rusty key inside a wooden box. There was a note with it that said, "For the library that no one visits."

Leo was curious. He remembered an old, closed library at the end of his street which had been locked for years.

He went there and the key fit perfectly. Inside, the library was dark and dusty, but thousands of books were still lying there silently. As he touched one book, it opened on its own and a soft light came out of its pages.

Suddenly he heard the sound of children laughing. He realized these were not just books, they were memories of all the people who had once read there.

An old librarian appeared and said, "Books never die, my boy. They only wait for someone to open them again."

Leo smiled. From that day, he cleaned the library every evening and started reading one book daily. Slowly, other children from his colony also started coming.

The library that was once forgotten was now full of life again.

And the old key was still in Leo's pocket, reminding him that some doors open to a whole new world.

> एक बरसात की दोपहर, लियो अपने दादाजी के स्टोर रूम की सफाई कर रहा था, तभी उसे एक लकड़ी के बक्से में एक छोटी-सी जंग लगी हुई चाबी मिली। उसके साथ एक नोट भी था जिस पर लिखा था, "उस लाइब्रेरी के लिए जहाँ अब कोई नहीं जाता।"

लियो उत्सुक हो गया। उसे अपनी गली के आखिर में स्थित एक पुरानी, बंद लाइब्रेरी याद आई जो कई सालों से बंद पड़ी थी।

वह वहाँ गया और चाबी ताले में बिल्कुल सही बैठ गई। अंदर, लाइब्रेरी में अंधेरा और धूल थी, लेकिन वहाँ अभी भी हजारों किताबें चुपचाप रखी हुई थीं। जैसे ही उसने एक किताब को छुआ, वह अपने आप खुल गई और उसके पन्नों से एक हल्की रोशनी निकली।

अचानक उसे बच्चों के हँसने की आवाज सुनाई दी। उसे एहसास हुआ कि ये सिर्फ किताबें नहीं हैं, बल्कि उन सभी लोगों की यादें हैं जो कभी यहाँ पढ़ा करते थे।

तभी एक बूढ़े लाइब्रेरियन वहाँ आए और बोले, "किताबें कभी मरती नहीं हैं, बेटा। वे सिर्फ किसी के दोबारा खोलने का इंतजार करती हैं।"

लियो मुस्कुराया। उस दिन से वह हर शाम लाइब्रेरी की सफाई करने लगा और रोज एक किताब पढ़ने लगा। धीरे-धीरे उसकी कॉलोनी के दूसरे बच्चे भी वहाँ आने लगे।

जो लाइब्रेरी कभी भुला दी गई थी, वह अब फिर से जीवन से भर गई।

और वह पुरानी चाबी अभी भी लियो की जेब में थी, जो उसे याद दिला रही थी कि कुछ दरवाजे एक नई दुनिया की ओर खुलते हैं।
